Resend is the modern choice. Great API, super easy SDK, works with React Email.

Cursor all the way. Been using it for 6 months – its basically VS Code with AI baked in.

The GPT-4 integration is seamless. Tab completions are scary good.

Windsurf is newer, still catching up. CoDev is from Amazon, okay but not as polished.

After the basics, pick a project and just build it. My first real project was a Reddit clone.

You will get stuck, Google a lot, but thats how you actually learn.
