Neon is great if you just need Postgres. Their free tier is actually unlimited for 1 project which is insane

Building a mini SaaS and debating whether to use Notion as backend (with API) or build custom backend with Supabase.
Notion = already know it, fast to ship
Supabase = more flexibility, better for scaling

honestly M1 is still plenty powerful for most devs 🖥️
I run Docker + VS Code + Chrome with like 20 tabs and it’s totally fine
M2/M3 upgrades are marginal for most use cases. Save your money!
