just launched my first SaaS after 6 months of building in public 🚀

used:

  • Next.js + Vercel – frontend + hosting
  • Supabase – auth + database (free tier is insane)
  • Stripe – payments (easy setup)
  • Resend – emails (developer experience = 🔥)
  • Lemon Squeezy – for one-time purchases

total cost at start: $0 (all free tiers)

MRR after 2 months: $47 💀

solid stack! we use similar stuff.

suggestions:

  • Paddle instead of Lemon Squeezy if you’re global (better currency handling)
  • Plunk for analytics (simpler than PostHeg)
