Linear vs Notion – worth the switch for project management?

Our team has been on Notion for project management but honestly it’s getting messy 😩

Someone recommended Linear and it looks slick but like… is it worth the switch? Our team is 5 people, mostly async work.

What I love about Notion: everything in one place (docs + projects)

What I hate about Notion: it’s slow, UX is confusing sometimes, and our templates are a mess

Is Linear actually better? Or should I just fix our Notion setup?

Used both extensively. Here’s the deal:

Notion: Good for teams, bad for personal knowledge management. Too slow, too much clutter.

Obsidian: The opposite. Amazing for personal notes, but sharing is painful.

Pro tip: Use both! Notion for team docs, Obsidian for your brain. That’s what I do.
