Postman vs Insomnia vs Hoppscotch – which API tool should I use?

Backend dev here. Been using Postman for years but it’s getting bloated? Heard good things about Insomnia and Hoppscotch. What I need: REST + GraphQL support, Environment variables, Team collaboration, Not $12/month (startup budget). Is it worth switching from Postman?

honestly still using postman lol. i know it’s bloated but i know it well. change is hard.
