Notion all the way. The database feature alone is insane – you can build your own CRM, project tracker, habit tracker.

Yes there is learning curve but its worth it. Used it for 3 years now.

Todoist is fine if you just need simple lists.

Todoist for simple tasks, Notion for everything else.

If you just need to-dos, Todoist is cleaner and faster. But if you want notes + tasks + docs + databases – Notion wins.
