Need to get organized. Been using a simple notes app but need something better for tasks and projects.

Notion seems powerful but complex. Todoist is simple but maybe too simple?

Notion all the way. The database feature alone is insane – you can build your own CRM, project tracker, habit tracker.

Yes there is learning curve but its worth it. Used it for 3 years now.

Todoist is fine if you just need simple lists.
